Jessica Bong is the Founder of Soodo, a cross-platform eCommerce growth partner specializing in Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in online selling and a proven track record of building and scaling online stores, Jessica is passionate about equipping direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands with the tools and strategies to succeed in the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape.

Jessica’s eCommerce journey began at 17 when she launched her first T-shirt brand during her studies at Singapore Polytechnic. Starting with local pop-ups, she quickly expanded to international markets through platforms like Etsy. While her early entrepreneurial success sparked a passion for online selling, it also highlighted the challenges and limitations of relying solely on marketplaces. This realization led her to master Shopify store creation—initially for her own brands and later for clients through Soodo.

Since its inception, Soodo has helped brands across industries—including jewelry, tech gadgets, home decor, and subscription boxes—build and optimize Shopify stores tailored for organic growth and seamless user experiences. Jessica’s Soodo-owned portfolio of brands achieved six-figure revenues within their first year, showcasing her ability to balance design, functionality, and profitability.

With over a decade of experience in eCommerce, Jessica has witnessed how rising ad costs and shifting consumer habits impact bootstrapped brand owners.
