The Brand

Immunocal® is a globally recognised wellness brand backed by 45+ years of research, 79 global patents and more than 600 million pouches sold worldwide. As the brand expanded into Singapore, its official Singapore distributor needed a dedicated local store, and entrusted Soodo with a new Shopify build for immunocal.com.sg.

The Challenge

Immunocal is a science-led product, so the store had to do two jobs at once: explain what glutathione is and why Immunocal is different, and make it simple for Singapore customers to choose the right product and check out. It also had to feel consistent with a premium global brand while serving local customers in SGD.

What We Built

  • A new custom Shopify store on the .sg domain, designed around Immunocal's clean, clinical brand look
  • A product range section for Immunocal, Immunocal Platinum and Immunocal Sport, with local SGD pricing and add-to-cart straight from the homepage
  • Education sections that explain glutathione and the science behind the product, with a glutathione quiz to guide shoppers to the right option
  • "Choose your path" navigation by goal, so customers can shop by what they need rather than by product name
  • Product pages with clear purchase options, including one-time purchase and a subscription option, plus key benefits, ingredients and third-party testing in tidy accordions
  • Trust signals across the store: press logos, certifications, reviews and a blog for ongoing content

The Outcome

Immunocal now has a dedicated Singapore storefront at immunocal.com.sg, making its products more accessible to the Singapore market with a local, seamless online shopping experience.
