HairMax had an established WooCommerce store with organic search rankings worth protecting. They needed a migration to Shopify that was truly 1:1 — every product, every URL, every SEO signal preserved — plus a few custom requirements that standard Shopify couldn't handle out of the box.

What We Built

• Full WooCommerce to Shopify migration — all products, collections, and customer data transferred with zero loss
• Strict 301 redirect mapping for every existing URL — protecting organic rankings and preventing any traffic drop post-launch
• Custom desktop and mobile hero banners — different assets for each device, ensuring the best visual experience on all screen sizes
• Custom-coded free gifts discount mechanic — Shopify's native discount system couldn't handle the required logic, so we built it from scratch

HairMax needed a free gifts mechanic that Shopify's built-in discount tools simply couldn't replicate — specific trigger conditions, automatic gift addition, and cart-level logic. We custom-coded the solution so the business could keep a promotional mechanic that was already driving sales, without compromise.
