HairMax is the Singapore distributor for HairMax laser hair growth devices — FDA-cleared, clinically studied medical devices for treating hereditary hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in men and women. Their catalog spans laser devices (LaserBand, PowerFlex Laser Cap, Ultima) and a companion hair-care range. Because these are medical devices with real warranty and regulatory claims, the brand leans heavily on clinical proof — FDA clearances, published studies, before/after photos — to earn trust with a high-consideration buyer.
The Brief
HairMax had an established WooCommerce store with organic search rankings worth protecting. They needed a migration to Shopify that was truly 1:1 — every product, every URL, every SEO signal preserved — plus a few custom requirements that standard Shopify couldn't handle out of the box.

We custom-coded the solution so the business could keep a promotional mechanic that was already driving sales, without compromise.
