A landing page built for organic and social — not just ads.

The Brief

TAHAN is one of Malaysia’s most recognised outdoor and adventure gear brands, stocking everything from camping essentials to survival kits. They came to Soodo with a clear gap: their Shopify landing page had never been built for organic search or social traffic. All their marketing spend was being funnelled to product pages, leaving the homepage an untapped conversion opportunity.

The Challenge

When a brand runs ads, the destination URL can be engineered specifically for that ad’s audience. But organic visitors landing on a homepage come with different intent — they’re discovering the brand for the first time, often from a Google search or a link in bio. TAHAN’s landing page wasn’t built to receive that audience.

Specifically:

  • The homepage lacked the credibility and trust signals needed to convert first-time visitors
  • Brand story and value proposition were not clearly communicated above the fold
  • The page wasn’t structured to support the “link in bio” social media traffic flow that outdoor lifestyle brands rely on heavily
