Pierzel sends ad traffic straight to its product pages. We rebuilt the product page template so every page does more of the selling, and gives undecided shoppers a second way to convert: booking a showroom appointment.

The Brand

Pierzel makes premium footwear, handcrafted in Spain from Italian full-grain calf leather, with in-stock and made-to-order sizing and a showroom in Singapore for bespoke fittings.

The Challenge

Pierzel runs ads that land shoppers directly on product pages, so the product page carries most of the weight in turning that traffic into sales. These are considered purchases, and many shoppers want to see or try a pair before they buy. The page needed less friction at the moment of decision, and a clear next step for anyone not ready to check out yet.

What We Changed

  • An expanded image gallery and an "As worn" section using Pierzel's own lifestyle content, so shoppers can see how the shoes look in real life
  • A "Book an Appointment" button directly below the buy button, linked to Pierzel's existing booking app, giving undecided visitors a route to the showroom instead of leaving
  • The product description reorganised into tidy drop-downs: Description, Specifications, Shipping & Returns, and Care, Size & Fit
  • The size and fit guide moved up beside the size selector, where shoppers need it
  • Google reviews shown on the product page to build trust at the point of purchase
  • A FAQ section added to every product page, plus one on the landing page
  • Friction removed: the quantity selector and share button taken out, and free shipping reflected at checkout in place of the shipping calculator

The Outcome

Every Pierzel product page now answers the questions a shopper has before buying a premium pair of shoes, and offers two clear ways forward: buy online or book a showroom visit. See it live on the Alvaro product page.
