The Brand

Blessed Blooms is a Singapore online florist — and like many florists who've moved online, their Shopify store was functional but not working as hard as it could. Orders were being missed, delivery logistics were confusing customers, and the site didn't feel as beautiful as the flowers themselves.

What We Changed

  • Delivery calendar integrated into the ordering flow — customers can see available delivery dates before they get to checkout, eliminating a major drop-off point for florist eCommerce
  • Full visual redesign in Blessed Blooms' signature pink brand theme — a store that looks as premium as a high-end flower arrangement
  • Navigation restructured to make browsing by occasion, flower type, and price straightforward — the way florist customers actually shop
  • Operations streamlined through the Shopify back-end, giving the team a cleaner workflow for managing orders and fulfilment

The Outcome
