Shopify Pricing Singapore: Plans and Fees (2026)
Short answer: Shopify costs SGD 39 a month on the Basic plan in Singapore, or SGD 29 a month if you pay yearly. Grow costs SGD 132 a month (SGD 99 paid yearly) and Advanced costs SGD 531 a month (SGD 399 paid yearly). On top of the plan, you pay card fees on every order, and an extra Shopify fee on orders paid through a third-party gateway such as a PayNow provider.

Paying yearly costs about 25% less than paying monthly on Basic, Grow and Advanced. Pay monthly only while you are still testing whether Shopify is right for you.
Which Shopify plan should a Singapore store choose?
- Basic: where most new Singapore stores start. It has the highest card rate and third-party fee, so it suits stores with a modest number of orders.
- Grow: lowers the card rate to 3.1% + SGD 0.50 and the third-party fee to 1%. Once you process a steady volume of orders, the lower fees can cover the higher plan price.
- Advanced: for higher-volume stores that want the lowest fees below Plus and more advanced reporting.

Shopify Payments card rates in Singapore
Shopify Payments is available in Singapore. It charges a rate per online card payment, and the rate falls on higher plans.

What is Shopify’s third-party transaction fee?
When a customer pays through a payment provider other than Shopify Payments, Shopify charges a third-party transaction fee on that order. This is on top of the provider’s own fee.

Why this matters for PayNow
Shopify’s help page for Shopify Payments in Singapore does not list PayNow as a payment method. Most Singapore stores add PayNow through a third-party gateway such as HitPay, so PayNow orders usually carry both the gateway’s fee and Shopify’s third-party fee. If many of your customers pay by PayNow, the lower third-party fee on Grow or Advanced can make a higher plan worth it. Other Shopify costs to budget for
- Themes: 24 free themes, or a paid theme from USD 100 to USD 500, paid once, on the Shopify Theme Store.
- Apps: billed separately by each app developer. Many have free plans. Add apps for a specific job, because every paid app adds a monthly cost.
- Domain: about USD 16 a year for a .com bought through Shopify, or connect a domain you already own.
